At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. This role is essential to our production operations, ensuring that all components and finished products meet high quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Pay Rates

• 15.25 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Assembler

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs consistently over a 10-12 hour shift, 6 days a week.
• Ability to lift and reach over 7 feet from the ground to place heavier items on top of products.
• Disclosure of any previous employment at this company.
• Disclosure of any relatives or friends currently employed by the company.

Desirable requirements for Assembler

• Previous industrial or assembly experience.
• Ability to assemble products correctly according to specifications and quality control guidelines.
• Ability to perform assembly tasks consistently throughout the entire work period.
• Ability to handle products carefully to prevent damage and ensure safety.
• Ability to provide your own required work clothing, including jeans, a collared shirt, and closed-toed, sturdy shoes.

Role for Assembler

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
