- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- First Week Training: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
- 28.00 USD hourly
- Recent experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution environments.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating inventory activities and counts.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations in the absence of daytime management.
- Basic proficiency in computer and warehouse management systems.
- Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, reliability, and consistent attendance.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a warehouse, inventory, freight, or distribution setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory control, cycle counts, or material-handling equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Lead the inventory team and coordinate accurate inventory counts.
- Organize daily inventory activities and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Support warehouse procedures and provide coverage for daytime management.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency.
