Picker - Rialto

Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise to fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing speed, precision, and safety.
Shift Patterns

• 4:00AM to 2:30pm Sunday to Wednesday

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

Role for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
