Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Ontario. This role is essential for supporting daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring that materials are handled efficiently and quality standards are maintained.
Shift Patterns

• Friday to Sunday 5:00pm to 4:30am

Pay Rates

• 21.64 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for GL Material Handler

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Authorization to work in the United States

Desirable Requirements for GL Material Handler

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience
• Inventory counting or quality inspection experience
• Basic computer skills
• Experience loading and unloading trailers or containers
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility to support different tasks and departments
