Shift Patterns

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 1 hour unpaid lunch, 2 breaks paid 15 mins

Pay Rates

• 15.50 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Maintenance Helper:

• Are you able to perform basic facility maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing outlet covers, and completing minor repairs?
• Are you comfortable performing light landscaping and general upkeep duties?
• Are you able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift?
• Are you able to lift up to 75 lbs periodically during your shift?
• Do you have reliable transportation to and from work each day?
• Do you currently own steel toe or composite toe safety shoes?
• Are you able to work a full 8-hour shift without arriving late or leaving early?

Desirable requirements for Maintenance Helper:

• What do you consider an acceptable number of absences within a one-month period?
• Have you ever received corrective action or been terminated for violating safety rules? If yes, please explain.
• Are you able to work independently without direct supervision for extended periods?
• Are you comfortable standing and walking for the majority of your shift?
• Are you able to follow safety guidelines and complete tasks with attention to detail?

Role responsibilities for Maintenance Helper

• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs and replacing outlet covers.
• Complete minor repairs and general upkeep duties to ensure a safe working environment.
• Execute light landscaping tasks and maintain the exterior appearance of the facility.
• Assist with technical maintenance projects and support the maintenance team as needed.
• Monitor facility conditions and report any significant repair needs to supervisors.
