At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Technician 1 to work with a leading company in the medical device manufacturing sector in Reno. This role is essential for the final assembly, inspection, and re-work of our products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.


Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM PST

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Technician 1

• High school diploma or above; vocational training or associate degree preferred.


• Previous work experience in manufacturing.


• Ability to read and follow safety protocols and quality standards.


• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.


• Effective communication skills with supervisors and team members.

Desirable requirements for Technician 1

• Microscope skills


• Cleanroom experience


• Production line experience


• Strong attention to detail


• Experience in medical device manufacturing or precision assembly

Role for Technician 1

• Perform final assembly of products according to specifications.


• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure quality compliance.


• Execute re-work tasks as required to maintain production standards.


• Collaborate with team members and provide support to other personnel.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
