Forklift Operator - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and logistics sector in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse efficiency by ensuring the safe and accurate movement of materials throughout the facility.


Shift patterns

• 2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Pay rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control


• Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, and cherry pickers


• Ability to read and understand orders and accurately count products stored in various areas


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift


• Must have a full-time, flexible schedule and dependable transportation to and from the job site

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery to transport and stack materials


• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery throughout the facility


• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes


• Secure materials for transport to designated areas using levers and operating devices


• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
