At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.

- Sunday - Wednesday, 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
Pay rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Picker:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically
Your role for Picker
- Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanner technology to ensure accuracy
- Navigate warehouse aisles to locate products and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity
- Meet daily production targets and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to the supervisor
