At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Kitting Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role is responsible for preparing product kits by combining multiple items into a single unit ready for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Shift Patterns:

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm


• Steel-toe safety shoes are required for workplace safety compliance


• Start as soon as this week


• Perfect attendance incentives are available

Pay Rates:

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Kitting:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)


• Basic reading, writing, and math skills


• Ability to follow instructions accurately


• Strong attention to detail


• Physical stamina (standing, walking, lifting 30–50 lbs)


• Good hand-eye coordination


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Basic computer or barcode scanner skills


• Reliability and punctuality


• Ability to work independently and in a team


• Commitment to safety procedures

Desirable Requirements for Kitting:

• Previous warehouse or kitting experience


• Familiarity with WMS (warehouse management systems)


• Experience using RF scanners or similar devices


• Basic inventory or stock control knowledge


• Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience


• Strong time management skills


• Ability to meet productivity or KPI targets


• Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime


• Problem-solving skills and initiative


• Basic English communication skills

Role Tasks for Kitting:

• Pick items from different areas of the warehouse


• Verify that items match the order requirements


• Assemble and group all required components


• Pack items securely and apply correct labels


• Perform quality checks to ensure items are in good condition
