At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Mail Sorter to work with a leading company in Logistics in Avenel. You will be working for the client in Avenel.

Shift Patterns

• Shift: Monday thru Saturday 9:00AM to Finish Final schedule will be reviewed during orientation

Pay Rates

• 15.49 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Mail Sorter you will need to have:

• Employee must be able to pull up to 50 lb. bags off the chute hooks, label correctly, and place bag into a placarded box
• Must be able to pass a background check

As a Mail Sorter, it would be desirable to have:

• Use of pallet jack required, but can be taught
• Must be detail oriented to ensure proper placarding/labeling and must be able to follow clear direction for consistent SOP (standard operation procedure).

Role of a Mail Sorter

• Sort incoming and outgoing mail accurately.
• Label and prepare mail packages for shipment.
• Operate sorting machinery and equipment as needed.
