At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Retail Floor Staff to work with a leading company in the fashion and lifestyle sector in Miami. You will be working for the client in Miami.

Shift patterns

• Shifts are 8 hours long and 5-6 days a week. They can start between 11 am and 1 pm. The final schedule will be set after interviews. Availability to work at least one weekend day per week is required. Occasional early starts (from 9:00 AM) may be scheduled for stock or store setup

Pay rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Retail Floor Staff:

• Exceptional product knowledge and confidence in styling advice
• Highly personable and proactive customer engagement style
• Strong selling capability and conversion mindset
• Customer service experience within high end retail environment
• Ability to read customer needs and tailor interactions
• High energy and visible brand embodiment
• Situational awareness across store environment
• Flexibility to support multiple functions (floor, stock, fitting rooms, line management)
• Ownership of store presentation standards
• Ability to commute to the Miami Design District and adhere to the shift schedule

Desirable requirements for Retail Floor Staff:

• Spanish is a plus
• Outgoing, bubbly and energetic personality
• Passion for athletic leisure wear, pilates, yoga, fashion, and lifestyle retail brands
• Experience working with brands similar to Lululemon, Alo Yoga, Athleta, Fabletics, etc.
• High School Diploma

Your role for Retail Floor Staff

• Provide expert styling advice and product information to customers to drive sales conversion.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation across the floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
• Engage proactively with visitors to ensure a premium customer service experience.
• Support various operational functions including line management and inventory organization.
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the lifestyle and energy of the company.
