Requirements
Essential requirements for Shipping / Traffic Clerk:
- Picking, packing, scanning, and labeling products for shipment according to company standards.
- Scheduling carriers, tracking outgoing shipments, and troubleshooting delays.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for long periods.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), email, and data entry.
- Interacting with team members, carriers, and customer service.
Your role for Shipping / Traffic Clerk
- Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups and track outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions using warehouse management systems.
- Perform physical tasks including picking, packing, and labeling products according to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customer service to resolve shipping delays.
- Support general warehouse operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
