At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a PTL (Pick to Light) Operator to work with ID Logistics in Bethlehem. This role involves using a Pick-to-Light system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am to 9:00 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or production experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Role

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using the Pick-to-Light system.
• Verify product quantities and quality to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Rotate between workstations and tasks throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and prevent delays.
