- Monday-Saturday 04:00AM - 1:00PM
- 14.00 - 15.00 USD hourly
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks or order pickers).
- Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50–75 lbs throughout the shift when necessary.
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.
- Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment in a high-traffic environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics or supply chain inventory software.
- Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Safely and proficiently operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.
- Efficiently move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments from pallets, skids, and trailers.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods against order documentation utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks and report any defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines.
