Warehouse Associate - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading distribution center in North Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday 4 PM to 12:30 AM
• Sunday to Thursday 4 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, apply accurate shipping labels, and seal packages.
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts or replenishment.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials.

Location: North Aurora. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center.
