Warehouse Associate - Santa Teresa

Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Santa Teresa. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on work.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Saturday 1 PM to 10 PM

Pay Rates

• 13.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Responsibilities

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain organization and accuracy of stock in the warehouse
