At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in El Paso. We are seeking an experienced operator to join our team at a high-volume distribution facility, where you will be responsible for moving, stacking, and retrieving materials using stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexibility for occasional overtime as required by shipment volume

Pay Rates

• 13.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Experience operating a stand up forklift
• Ability to pass a mandatory on-site practical driving test
• Ability to stand throughout the shift, bend, reach, and lift up to 50–75 lbs
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management system inputs
• English/Spanish bilingual ability is a strong benefit

Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Safely maneuver stand-up forklifts and reach trucks through narrow aisles to load, unload, stack, and stage palletized goods
• Unload incoming freight, verify shipment counts against documentation, and prepare outbound orders for transit
• Use handheld RF scan guns to track product movements, complete order picks, and accurately update warehouse inventory locations
• Conduct required daily pre-shift inspections on equipment and promptly report maintenance needs
• Keep aisles clear and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace in compliance with facility safety standards
