PTL Operator - Bethlehem
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a PTL Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role involves working on a Pick to Light production line, ensuring that every order is picked and packed with high accuracy and efficiency to meet customer requirements.
Shift patterns:
- Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am
- PTL-Replenisher duties
- Steel-toe safety shoes are required for workplace safety compliance
- Start as soon as this week
Pay rates:
- 17.50 USD hourly
- Perfect attendance incentives are available
Essential requirements for PTL Operator:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift and move packages as needed

- Perform accurate order picking and packing on a Pick to Light production line

- Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Rotate between stations to actively collaborate with coworkers and support team productivity
