At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Cherry Pickers to work with a leading logistics company in Frackville. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, responsible for efficiently operating cherry picker equipment to retrieve and transport materials, handle inventory, and ensure product accuracy.

Shift Patterns

• FHN SUN-WED | 19:00 - 05:30 (10h 30m). Repeats weekly on Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed.

Pay Rates

• 24.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Cherry Pickers

• Proven experience operating cherry pickers is required.


• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary.


• Please note that we are not accepting rehires for this company at this time.

Desirable Requirements for Cherry Pickers

• Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks.


• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order management software.


• Prior experience in order picking or fulfillment center environments.


• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices.


• Attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.


• Team player mindset with the ability to work well with supervisors and staff.


• Adaptability to repetitive tasks and shifting priorities.


• Safety-conscious mindset.

Role for Cherry Pickers

• Operate cherry picker equipment safely and efficiently to pick orders from high shelving units.


• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.


• Perform order picking tasks accurately according to specifications.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards.


• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs.
