Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Control Specialist to work with a leading logistics company in Rialto. This role is vital for ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth operation of our distribution center.Shift patterns:
- Wednesday to Saturday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
- 20.35 USD hourly
- 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience
- Experience with RF Scanners, PDA or hand held devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Able to be on feet and walk continuously throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse non-climate controlled environment
- Able to work 10-12 hours per day
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
- Ensuring inventory integrity and operational efficiency
- Identifying discrepancies and conducting regular audits
- Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve inventory issues
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies such as overages, shortages, and damages
- Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances
- Process inventory adjustments in warehouse management systems
