Picking Associate / Material Handler - Smyrna

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picking Associate / Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Smyrna. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday-Friday

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs


• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance


• Ability to obtain a valid pallet jack certification


• Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification as needed


• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of proper lifting techniques

Role Tasks

• Manage and build pick ticket orders for customer accounts


• Shrink wrap products to pallets and stage them in designated areas


• Consolidate and re-stock products and shells as needed


• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment


• Ensure all productivity requirements are met consistently
