• Must have experience leading teams of 10 to 15 people in a warehouse setting.

Role responsibilities for Leads

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet productivity and safety standards.
• Manage workflow and task assignment for teams of 10 to 15 people.
• Oversee the processing and sorting of mail and packages within a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records of shift activities and report any operational issues to management.
