Requirements

Essential requirements for Brokerage Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required)
• Proven experience in customs brokerage operations
• FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) experience required
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, and import/export processes
• Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Role for Brokerage Manager

• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations and ensure full compliance with federal regulations.
• Manage and mentor the brokerage team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate Foreign Trade Zone activities and maintain precise documentation for all shipments.
• Handle administrative clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Organize and process import/export documentation to facilitate smooth logistics workflows.
