At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Medical Device Assembly role to work with a leading medical device manufacturer in Irvine. This 2nd shift production position involves carefully assembling medical device components according to detailed instructions, utilizing microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment, while adhering to strict quality standards to ensure the proper functionality and safety of the finished product.
Shift Patterns:

• Monday - Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am
• Must be flexible to work overtime

Pay Rates:

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Medical Device Assembly:

• Are you available and willing to work overtime?
• Do you have experience working in assembly?
• Are you comfortable completing an assessment using a microscope?

Role Responsibilities for Medical Device Assembly:

• Assemble individual parts and subassemblies of medical devices by following established procedures and blueprints.
• Perform thorough inspections on components and finished products to identify any defects or non-conformances.
• Follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions to accurately build devices according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within a controlled environment, adhering to strict cleanliness protocols.
• Identify and report any assembly issues or discrepancies to supervisors for prompt resolution.
