Planner/Scheduler - Costa Mesa

At Clara, we are recruiting for a Planner/Scheduler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Costa Mesa. Are you a meticulous planner with a knack for optimizing production flow? Join our dynamic manufacturing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run like clockwork. You will be instrumental in coordinating and monitoring production schedules, tracking sales orders, and guaranteeing the timely availability of materials to meet manufacturing and shipping demands.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 25.00 - 30.00 USD hourly
• Discretionary Bonus every 6-months

Requirements for Planner/Scheduler

• Possess a minimum of three years of progressive experience in production planning, production scheduling, or production control within a manufacturing environment.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.

Skills and Qualifications for Planner/Scheduler

• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems for production planning, scheduling, and order management.
• Apply a strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, material requirements planning, inventory control principles, and production workflows.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and schedule management.
• Exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities to address complex scheduling challenges.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all scheduling and order information.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to coordinate activities and resolve issues across multiple departments.
