This role is essential for leading and optimizing on-site staffing operations for a high-volume client, serving as the primary liaison and operational manager within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Must-have Requirements for On-Site Manager


  • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in staffing, account management, or large-site operations management.

  • Hold legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Demonstrate proven experience in managing large-scale client accounts within the staffing industry.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.



Desirable Requirements for On-Site Manager


  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workforce management applications proficiently for daily operations and reporting.

  • Leverage Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) for communication, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

  • Implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet high-volume staffing demands across multiple shifts.

  • Manage and oversee timekeeping, payroll processing, and client invoicing procedures accurately.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client contacts through consistent communication and service delivery.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of On-Site Supervisors, establishing clear expectations and ensuring accountability for performance.

  • Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when navigating changing priorities and client needs in a dynamic environment.

  • Exercise strong decision-making capabilities and prioritize tasks effectively with a consistent sense of urgency.

  • Proactively identify and resolve workforce and client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
