Must-have Requirements for On-Site Manager
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in staffing, account management, or large-site operations management.
- Hold legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing large-scale client accounts within the staffing industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Desirable Requirements for On-Site Manager
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workforce management applications proficiently for daily operations and reporting.
- Leverage Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) for communication, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
- Implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet high-volume staffing demands across multiple shifts.
- Manage and oversee timekeeping, payroll processing, and client invoicing procedures accurately.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client contacts through consistent communication and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of On-Site Supervisors, establishing clear expectations and ensuring accountability for performance.
- Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when navigating changing priorities and client needs in a dynamic environment.
- Exercise strong decision-making capabilities and prioritize tasks effectively with a consistent sense of urgency.
- Proactively identify and resolve workforce and client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
