Forklift Operator - Booneville

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and consumer goods sector in Booneville. This role involves moving materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift starting at 2:30 PM
• Up to 2 hours of overtime daily, if needed
• Monday - Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays

Pay Rates

• 16.26 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Previous forklift experience
• Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and understand orders and count products accurately
• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift

Skills Requirements

• 3+ years of continuous experience operating material handling equipment in high-volume warehouse environments
• Experience working in high-bay or high-density storage facilities

Role

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the facility
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure safe movement through the warehouse
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
• Control levers and operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport, and stack materials
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
