DC Associate 1 - Booneville

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a DC Associate 1 to work with ACCO Brands in Booneville. This role supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by picking, packing, assembling, and moving products, helping to prepare orders for shipment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Shift Patterns

• Shipping 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with up to 2 hours daily of overtime

Pay Rates

• 15.44 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for DC Associate 1

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications for DC Associate 1

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
• Basic inventory or warehouse tracking experience.
• Ability to read load sheets and follow customer requirements.
• Basic math skills and computer or RF scanner experience.

Role Responsibilities for DC Associate 1

• Pick items from pallets and shelves using pick tickets.
• Pack and prepare cartons for shipment while labeling and palletizing finished products.
• Load and unload materials and products efficiently.
• Count incoming products and verify quantities for accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting daily productivity and quality goals.
