Quality Technician - Pierceton

Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. This role involves inspecting manufactured parts and products to ensure they meet strict customer and company quality standards within a fast-paced factory environment.
Shift Patterns:

• Monday through Friday, 10:45 pm to 7:00 am

Pay Rates:

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Quality Technician:

• Are you able to lift 30lbs repetitively?
• Do you understand aluminum alloys and heat treatment? Describe the last time you worked in these functions.
• Do you have experience reading and interpreting blueprints?
• Have you used calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM machines?
• Do you have experience with sand casting, die casting, or permanent mold?

Role for Quality Technician:

• Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and defects using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines.
• Record inspection results in the computer and identify parts that do not meet quality standards.
• Re-inspect repaired or reworked parts and help contain suspect material.
• Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Location: Pierceton. The role is based in a factory setting that requires standing, walking, and frequent bending throughout the shift.
