Forklift Operator - Goodyear

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Goodyear. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and offload containers and organize materials, ensuring smooth logistics and an efficient workflow.


Shift patterns

• 1st Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm - Monday-Friday (Wednesday off)

Pay rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.


• Comfortable working in non-climate controlled warehouse conditions, including hot or cold environments, heights, and fast-paced settings.


• At least 1 year of experience operating a cherry picker in a warehouse environment.

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator

• Experience with Reach Trucks.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role tasks for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate forklifts, turret trucks, order pickers, and reach trucks to move, stack, and organize materials.


• Accurately pick, load, and put away inventory according to company standards and procedures.


• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.


• Follow all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.


• Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and general warehouse operations including staging, labeling, and wrapping.
