Essential Requirements for Bilingual 2nd Shift On-Site Supervisor

• Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in a staffing agency environment.


• Demonstrate prior experience as a team lead or supervisor within manufacturing or logistics operations.


• Achieve and maintain fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.


• Maintain consistent punctuality and adhere strictly to scheduled work hours.


• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Desirable Requirements for Bilingual 2nd Shift On-Site Supervisor

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, for daily reporting and data tracking.


• Operate standard office equipment such as phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms.


• Leverage staffing agency management software for operational oversight.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive professional relationships with both clients and employees.


• Demonstrate a high level of urgency and a dedicated customer service mindset in all interactions.


• Proactively walk the floor regularly to assess operational needs and respond promptly to staff requirements.


• Effectively track and report employee attendance, including initiating contact for no-call/no-shows.

• Manage client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.


• Conduct regular floor walks to assess operational needs and resolve issues.
