Junior Fabricator - Troy

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Junior Fabricator to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in Troy. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a background in shop tool operation, metal cutting, fabrication to specifications, and small mechanical repair.
Shift Patterns

• Day shift hours: 6am to 2:30pm, plus overtime to 3:30/4:30pm
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional half Saturdays, if needed

Pay Rates

• 19.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Junior Fabricator

• More than 1 year experience in welding
• Ability to fabricate using shop equipment and hand tools
• Ability to read and follow work instruction

Responsibilities for Junior Fabricator

• Fabricate brackets and other components for various types of filtration machines, equipment, and tanks
• Set up and operate welding machinery, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards during all fabrication processes

Location: Troy. This position is based in a local shop environment.
