Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. This role involves essential material handling duties within a fast-paced distribution facility, ensuring the efficient flow of goods.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 14.50 USD hourly
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating stand-up forklifts such as reach trucks or order pickers.
- Ability to pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs when necessary.
- Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.
- Strong situational awareness regarding safety in a high-traffic environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics software.
- Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.
- Move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments from trailers and pallets.
- Verify product numbers and quantities using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct daily pre-operational safety checks and maintain a clean, debris-free work zone.
