At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for R&D Assembler to work with Balt USA LLC (CA) in Irvine. You will be working for the client in Irvine.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday
  8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a R&D Assembler you will need to have:

• 1 to 2 years experience as an R&D Assembler
• Ability to perform small part assembly work using a microscope
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and how it functions
• Comfort performing basic math calculations required for manufacturing or assembly tasks
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and engineering drawings in English
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, continuous improvement techniques such as lean manufacturing, one-piece flow, and value stream mapping
