We are looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth! In this role, you will be the vital link between our logistics operations and our valued customers.

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse CSR, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will be active on the floor and on the phones to ensure every order is accurate and every customer is satisfied.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking, and shipping delays via phone and email.

Order Management: Process incoming orders, manage returns (RMAs), and coordinate with the picking/packing teams to ensure priority shipments go out on time.

Problem Solving: Investigate shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, or lost packages and provide swift resolutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and update customer accounts.

Operational Support: Stay on-site until the day’s outgoing shipments are finalized and customer queries are resolved.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, ideally in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with WMS software.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Environment: Comfort working in a warehouse setting (which may involve noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations) and the ability to stand/walk for portions of the shift."
