Forklift Operator - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Northampton. You will be responsible for operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers to safely transport, stack, and retrieve materials within a busy warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am.
• Experience as a Cherry Picker or Order Picker driver is required.

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Valid forklift certification for reach trucks and cherry pickers.
• At least 1 year of experience operating industrial powered equipment in a warehouse setting.

Desirable Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Proficient in operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers for high-rack storage retrieval.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safety logs.
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail when picking and staging inventory to ensure order accuracy.
