Warehouse Logistics Coordinator / Clerk - Memphis



At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator / Clerk to work with a leading global logistics company in Memphis. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, working with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to keep product flow efficient and cost-effective.


Shift:


  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mandatory OT and weekends as needed)



Pay Rates:


  • 17.50 USD hourly



Essential requirements for Warehouse Logistics Coordinator / Clerk:


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) for cross-border coordination and communication with carriers, warehouse staff, and vendors.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, and Google Sheets for data entry and documentation.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.



Role for Warehouse Logistics Coordinator / Clerk:


  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipment activities.

  • Track shipments and manage accurate inventory records.

  • Prepare and process essential shipping documentation.

  • Resolve shipment delays or operational exceptions.

  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
