• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Lead

• Must have experience leading teams of 10 to 15 within a warehouse environment.


• Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole).

Role for Warehouse Lead

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.


• Ensure all employees adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards.


• Prepare and set up the warehouse floor for daily operations.


• Manage team training and monitor daily headcounts.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.


• Communicate operational flow, including PPH, chute fills, and CPP, to onsite management.


• Ensure daily downtime targets are met.
