At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role is based in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art third-party logistics fulfillment center, where you will play a vital part in our supply chain by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment.Shift Patterns
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 16.50 USD hourly
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during shift when necessary
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Experience working in a production tracking fast-paced job environment
- Experience working in a 3PL environment
- Familiarity with picking and packing operations
- Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, ability to pivot job duties as needed
- Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using digital picking sheets or RF scanners.
- Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Scan and verify product barcodes and quantities to maintain 100% order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station while adhering to all safety protocols.
