Production Associate - Fredericksburg

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading company in the poultry processing industry in Fredericksburg. This role involves supporting daily operations by inspecting, cutting, packing, and processing poultry products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to work in cold, wet, and noisy environments

Desirable Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or poultry experience is preferred

Role Tasks

• Inspect and process poultry products according to quality standards
• Pack and weigh items for distribution
• Maintain a safe working environment around production equipment
• Perform repetitive tasks efficiently throughout the shift
