At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with Southaven Talent Pool in Southaven. This pick and pack role involves ensuring quality control, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining an efficient workspace.Shift Patterns
- Front Half Day: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Back Half Day: Thursday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 17.00 USD hourly
- Must be able to stand for entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards.
- Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, cleaning, or assembling components.
- Package products according to company and customer specifications.
- Label and organize packaged items for shipping or storage.
- Operate basic packing equipment and tools safely.
