- 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 11:30 pm
- 17.00 USD hourly
- Ability to lift small loads ranging from 30 to 50 lbs.
- Experience working in a production and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work comfortably in a warm, non-climate-controlled manufacturing workspace.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
- Flexibility and availability to work overtime as required by production needs.
- Adaptable to working in a variety of departments with an open-minded and positive attitude.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
- Ability to read simple instructions, count accurately, and maintain sharp attention to detail.
- Assemble components precisely according to blueprints, schematics, or standard operating procedures.
- Use basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble parts.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production quotas.
