At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Rialto.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday open to weekends, 5:00 am - 2:30 pm open to overtime
Pay Rates
- 17.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Requirements for Picker:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
- Experience using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. periodically
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
Role for Picker
- Locate and select products accurately within the warehouse using RF scanners
- Build, pack, and secure orders for safe shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Meet daily picking and packing performance targets
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
