Must-Have Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks or order pickers).


• Ability to pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.


• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs when necessary.


• Reliable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.


• Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment in a high-traffic environment.

Desirable Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management software.


• Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking.


• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.

Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.


• Efficiently move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments from trailers and pallets.


• Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.


• Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks and report any defects.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines.
