At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Janitorial position to work with a leading logistics company in Wilmington. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the warehouse and distribution center, ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Shift Patterns

• Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM; Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Janitorial

• Have you previously worked at Geodis? If so we will need to connect with the client in order to proceed with the hiring
• Commute may not be longer than 40 minutes
• Ability to be cross trained based on business needs

Role for Janitorial

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and common spaces according to company procedures
• Collect cardboard and operate the baler (training provided)
• Maintain breakroom areas, including restocking supplies and serving refreshments
• Perform restroom cleaning and general facility upkeep
• Assist operations teams and cross-train in packing functions as needed

Location: Wilmington. The position is based in a warehouse and distribution center environment.
