This role supports light-industrial and logistics operations at a distribution site, where you will accurately pick items using handheld scanners, pack orders for outbound freight, and maintain steady workflow targets.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 5:30 - 14:00
- 19.00 USD hourly
- Experience working in a warehouse and distribution work environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-to-10 hour shift
- Reliable transportation to the Elwood facility
- Willingness to submit to a standard drug screen and background check
- Locate, select, and pick customer orders from warehouse racks using handheld RF scanners
- Inspect merchandise, securely package items into boxes or shipping containers, and apply shipping tags
- Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and check for damaged goods prior to shipment
- Move goods using hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, or push carts
- Maintain a clean work zone and comply with safety regulations
- Weekly Direct Deposit and Pay Card options
