Forklift Operator - Winchester

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Winchester. You will be responsible for operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers to safely transport, stack, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Shift patterns

• Monday-Friday, 3:00pm- 11:30pm

Pay rates

• 22.25 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

• Must possess a valid forklift certification for reach trucks and cherry pickers.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience operating industrial powered equipment in a warehouse setting.

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator

• Proficient in operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers for high-rack storage retrieval.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safety logs.
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail when picking and staging inventory to ensure order accuracy.
