• 2nd Shift including potential evenings and weekends, to ensure continuous site supervision.

Pay Rates

• 52000.00 - 58000.00 USD yearly

Essential Requirements for Bilingual 2nd Shift On-Site Supervisor

• Possess a minimum of three (3) years of management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.


• Maintain fluency in both English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication with a diverse workforce and client base.


• Exhibit a proactive approach to forecasting and addressing staffing requirements and client expectations.

• Analyze and interpret key operational metrics to ensure shift objectives and productivity targets are consistently met.


• Demonstrate proficiency with email clients for professional correspondence and stakeholder communication.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets proficiently for data tracking, reporting, and operational analysis.


• Operate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Tempworks, Avionte, or Bullhorn to manage candidate pipelines and staffing.


• Conduct employee relations activities, including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, and exit interviews, with fairness and professionalism.


• Prioritize operational tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and headcount goals under pressure.


• Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with both on-site staff and client representatives to foster collaboration and trust.


• Implement motivational strategies and team-building initiatives to enhance staff retention and improve overall team performance.


• Ensure meticulous documentation of all employee terminations and interactions for due diligence and compliance purposes.
