Pick/Pack - Bolingbrook

Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Bolingbrook. This role involves ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs periodically during the shift
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Tasks

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers
• Maintain a consistent packing pace throughout the shift while remaining on your feet
• Handle products with care to avoid damage
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and safety standards
