At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Onsite Supervisor to work with a leading company in the Logistics sector in Kenosha. You will be working for the client in Kenosha.

Shift Patterns

• Shift hours for PM shift: 6PM- 2:30AM

Pay Rates

• 24.00 - 26.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Onsite Supervisor you will need to have:

• 1–2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics coordinator role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

As a Onsite Supervisor, it would be desirable to have:

• Prior experience with Workforce Management Systems (WMS) or ATS platforms is a major plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Role of a Onsite Supervisor

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and coordinate staff activities to meet operational targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
